Hi Aureliavl,
First of all, thank you for the purchase!
Let’s start with the following: please go to the “Image Slider” tab of the Theme Options panel, open any of the slides you’ve uploaded (by pressing the little pencil-and-paper icon on the right) and check if the “Image URL” field content ends with your image file’s name (i.e. “image.jpg” or “image.png”). Then go to the “Header” tab and check if you’ve selected “Image Slider” for the “Content of the custom header” option. Also note that the slider will appear on pages, not on individual posts. In case this does not solve the problem, please provide your website’s URL and admin login/password (sent them to support@satoristudio.net) so that I could troubleshoot the issue in the quickest possible manner.
Sincerely,
Andrew | SatorisatoristudioMemberDear Shambhavi,
I have tried the two sliders I’ve mentioned above (as well as a couple of others that claim to use video) with my themes and they all seem to require additional customization to work properly. Thus unfortunately I would not recommend using my themes if you want a video slider. Potentially I could try to customize a theme’s built-in slider to show videos, yet I would have to charge for this since it will require a certain time investment from my side.
Regarding Google Fonts – indeed all of my themes have built-in support for Google’s web fonts, and it works like this: you simply input the full name of the font you want to display, separately for the headings and for the body text, in the Theme Options panel.
Sincerely,
Andrew | SatorisatoristudioMemberHi Shambhavi!
Thank you for your interest in my work! My themes do not currently support video sliders, yet this function can be easily added via WordPress plugins, such as the Captian Slider or the Youtube Channel Slider.
Slider captions can be turned off on any of my themes. Each theme also has shortcodes for inserting YouTube, Vimeo, or self-hosted videos, among many other shortcodes :)
Should there be more questions, do not hesitate to ask!
Sincerely,
Andrew | SatorisatoristudioMemberAlright! :)
satoristudioMemberHi Raissuli!
The “scroll to top” button is an image, thus it can be changed as an image only – you can upload a new one in the “Scroll to top button” field in the bottom of the “Page Elements” tab of the Theme Options panel. I know, it’s tedious, but it’d be very difficult to organize the button customization in another way; although, when you’ve brought up this issue, I may have an idea how to make it react to colours, yet it will take some time; in the meanwhile, if you need a button with particular colour and transparency, you can tell me and I’ll make a custom blueprint image for you.
Best,
Andrew | SatorisatoristudioMemberSure, I will. Just poke me in case I am still silent by the beginning of the next week :)
Best,
A | SatorisatoristudioMemberHi Raissuli,
First of all, thank you for the purchase! :)
To address the issues you’ve raised:
– the Social Media Widget plugin is already integrated into the theme, thus you can use that one “out-of-the-box” without the need to install it once more (otherwise it causes conflicts since they both use the same names for functions). If you visit “Appearance -> Widgets”, you’ll find the “Social Media Widget” among the available widgets; by the way, in Origami the widget features a custom-made set of icons (the ones seen in the theme preview) which are not present in the stand-alone plugin. If I misunderstood your need or the essence of the problem, please let me know!
– the Jetpack compatibility issues have been reported earlier and I must apologize for having allowed them in the first place. On the positive note, I’ve managed to fix all of them just a couple of days ago and have been planning a major update for Origami including the fix. In case it’s not too urgent – I will release the update this week; if it is – please drop me a line to support@satoristudio.net and I will email you the updated version of the theme.
Sincerely,
Andrew | SatorisatoristudioMemberHi Agatha!
I’ve corrected the front page image title for you – it was faster to do it than to tell how to :) the fact that the title was on the right was due to the image being a thumbnail, which in Fuji are made to float to the left; an alternative solution would be to insert the image as a regular post media rather than a thumbnail, and the title as its caption. But I hope the way it is now also suits you.
To create a new line, add the <br> tag where you want the text to break; I’ve inserted it for you ;)
Sincerely,

satoristudioMemberHi Stephen!
First of all, thank you for the purchase and my apologies for a slow reply – I’ve been battling with a nasty Jetpack compatibility issue for an earlier support post for the last 5 or 6 hours :)
It should be possible to adjust the Recent Posts Slider to account for the different URLs, yet I would be grateful if you could send me an email to support@satoristudio.net with your website URL and admin login/password (no-disclosure guaranteed) so that I could look closer at the code, that way I’ll be able to get to the core of the issue much quicker. Alternatively, if you are familiar with php, you can adjust the URLs yourself if you wish, look into the file:
themes/Fuji/includes/recent-posts-slider/recent-posts-slider.php, line 164.Best,
Andrew | SatorisatoristudioMemberI wouldn’t say that it’s “usable” given that too many elements do not display as they should. As I said earlier, I will do my best to find the solution as soon as possible ;) By the way, if you have any hits as to why this may happen in IE9 (while it does not in any lower IE version), I would be really grateful!
Best,
A | Satori -
