Dear Julie,
I’ve written some tailored code for your logo size: in order to stretch the menu and logo, please go to “Appearance -> Editor” and add the following lines to the very bottom of “style.css” (should be opened by default):
#nav-primary li a { width: 222px !important; }
#logo-wrap #logo a { width: 240px !important; }
#logo a, #logo { height: 210px !important; }
#nav-primary ul li ul { left: 246px !important; }
#nav-primary li li:first-child a { width: 225px !important; }and click “Update File”.
Another option would be to resize the logo image prior to uploading it, so that its dimensions fit into a 116×120 px rectangle – this way you won’t need to add the above code to make it fit.
Sincerely,
Andrew | SatorisatoriKeymasterDear Julie,
glad you’ve figured it out! In case of other questions do not hesitate to contact me!
Best,
Andrew | Satori StudiosatoriKeymasterDear Vlad,
I’ve sent you an email ;)
Sincerely,
Andrew | SatorisatoriKeymasterThank you very much for the information, Chris!
I will try to implement caching into the plugin to limit the number of API calls, yet I guess that in case other users on the same hosting server do not make any changes to their applications, the uptime of the widget may still remain compromised. Will keep looking for the solution to this one.
P.S. this is probably also the reason why the Twitter widget works fine on my demo website – I’m using a small local hosting provider.
Sincerely,
Andrew | Satori StudiosatoriKeymasterDear Chris,
first of all, thank you for the purchase!
To provide a solution, I’d need to look at the code and admin settings, thus I’d have to ask you to send the URLs of the pages in question as well as WordPress login and password to support@satoristudio.net (no disclosure guaranteed, naturally).
Sincerely,
Andrew | Satori StudiosatoriKeymasterHey Awall,
first of all, thank you for the purchase and for the pleasant words!
Could you please post a screenshot of your Recent Posts Slider settings page (“Appearance -> Recent Posts Slider”)? You can use online image services such as http://postimage.org or http://tinypic.com for your convenience.
Sincerely,
Andrew | Satori StudiosatoriKeymasterDamn :)
The reason why I’m asking is that there is one reference in one of the shortcode includes to the load.php file which is located outside of the theme folder, and my thus get jammed if one installs the theme inside an extra folder (seen such cases as well). I am afraid I will have to ask you for ftp access to look at the deep included files since the theme’s shortcode generator box works well on a fresh installation, which I’ve just re-checked to be sure that the error is not inherent to the current version of the theme. You can send ftp credentials to the same email you used before (support@satoristudio.net). No disclosure guaranteed, of course.
Sincerely,

satoriKeymasterDear Vlad,
I was able to access the admin area and checked the insides, but the problem seems to be in the php code of the shortcode include, which I cannot see without ftp access (WordPress Editor only allows to view the code of the top-level files). But before that, I’d like to ask you one thing which may solve the problem without the need for additional checks: could you please provide the full server folder address of the theme’s installation, starting from “wp-content/” and down to the theme’s folder?
Sincerely,
Andrew | Satori StudiosatoriKeymasterStill forbidden :(
A.
satoriKeymasterDear Vlad,
when I go to the website itself (http://mutokukan.cz/mutokukan-ceska-republika) it is displaying the admin bar on top, as it should if I would be logged in – yet when I click on the admin interface entrance it still returns the same error: http://s24.postimage.org/6vr9kcld1/403_Forbidden.png.
Sincerely,
