The “video” format requires simply a direct URL of the video to display it (e.g. http://vimeo.com/50896558); just post the link into the content area of the project. You can read more on post and project formats on pages 8-9 of the theme manual.

the gallery problem hasn’t been reported before and I cannot seem to re-create the bug on my installation – the large-size gallery posts work fine on the demo. Could you please provide access to your back-end so that I could troubleshoot the problem? concerning the nivo slider images – indeed, that looks messy, my apologies for this; I will work on it to fix the slider, yet so far you can just use images that have identical dimensions for the slider.

Hey Kleinschmidt,

after examining your website with a speed test tool (results here, scroll down the page for a breakdown by individual files), I can recommend optimizing the images that make up the gallery slides in order to reduce their size (e.g. downsampling or – preferrable – converting into jpg and reuploading), since the page is quite large in size (8.3 MB, compared to e.g. Ikebana theme demo, which is only 3.8 MB), and several images are almost 1 MB in size each (e.g. this one and this one).

please accept my apologies for this bug, it’s a known issue and I am preparing a theme update to completely eliminate the possibility of an error in such situations. Yet there’s an easy way to fix it right away: please check that your portfolio tag names and slugs are identical (in “Portfolio -> Tags” admin menu) and be sure to input the tag names into the “Filter” fields of the respective icon menu items in the “Icon Menu” tab of the Theme Options panel.

I really like the idea behind the non-profit!

The icon menu bug is a known issue, and I am preparing an update for the theme right now. I’ve sent you the latest version of Ikebana with the fix to your indicated email address along with instructions for updating. After updating, please use portfolio tag slugs (not names) in the “Filter” fields of respective icon menu items in the “Icon Menu” tab of the Theme Options panel. Please accept my apologies for the confusion regarding the name of the options panel tab, in previous theme versions it was called the “Main (Left) Menu” tab, yet the function is exactly equivalent – I just happened to forget to update the name in the manual.

By the way, the theme update I sent you should also fix the icon menu title line break issue (for titles consisting of more than one word).
