again, I must say that I’ve tested the website in Chrome, FIrefox, Mozilla, Opera, and Safari, and the project items that are appended by the Infinite Scroll are perfectly clickable. Could you please clarify or name any particular project that is not clickable? Thanks!
The edit link and comment issue was rooted in the fact that I’ve forgotten to switch off the Isotope code for single project items; fixed that one.

The comments are not showing up on the page because the page template in Sensei does not envisage comments. To enable comments on static pages, please download this custom archive from my repository, unzip it, and upload the contained file into the theme folder (“wp-content/themes/Sensei”), replacing the existing file.
Please let me know if it does the trick!

You can try to reverse-engineer the existing mechanism for the “gallery”-format project items, adding a capability to display text instead of images (see the “content-gallery.php” and the “/scripts/orbit” theme folder as a starter). Alternatively, you can try creating your own jQuery code that would rotate several div elements inside a single project box. Finally, the “quick and dirty” way would be to simply convert quotes into images and add them into “gallery”-format posts ;)

quotes in Ikebana are constructed as simple text in a box; if you need them appearing in an overlay on mouse click, you would need to alter the “content-quote.php” template file to have the items act as links, and then use a plugin, e,g, this one, to display these is an overlay.
You can also try using one of the Thickbox plugins for displaying videos in overlays, but you will also probably need to change the link on these items from pointing to the underlying project item to pointing directly to the video.

I can open the projects that are appended by the infinite scroll on my machine. Which browser (and version) are you using?
Regarding your second question – as I said the infinite scroll has certain limitations when applied to themes, including the fact that it uses the second and all other pages from the paginated version to append new items, which means that whatever element appears on all pages, it will be rendered with every scroll (including sticky posts and portfolio tag headers). I will look at a possible way to circumvent this (adding a separate template file for paginated pages), but it may take some time.

I apologize for the manual mention, it is something that had to be removed since we left only one icon pack in the plugin (removed all that were third-party and added the one made by me specifically to match the overall look and feel of Ikebana). There are no specialized widgets envisaged in Ikebana to insert the same icons as in the header, for the sake of better user experience (distinct styling of header and footer). However, you can use a plain text widget and insert the icons into it to match the header icons – they are created using Font Awesome, which is quite easy to use.

first of all, thank you for the purchase!
I will go over the issues in the same order:
1). The images of image-format posts already rotate in a gallery while in the overlay mode; please notice the black square arrows on the bottom sides of the image when you hover your mouse over it ;)
2). I’ve checked just in case – the “Background Color” option works just as fine for the quote-format projects; please make sure that there is a hex color code in the field when you’re saving the project (for this, ensure that you press the blue “Submit” button once you set the indicator to your desired color).
3). Regarding your last question – this is a tricky one; a video overlay is not envisaged from the theme’s admin back-end, but theoretically it should be possible – one would need to install a lightbox plugin as well as change the code of the “content-video.php” template so that the video project boxes link directly to the video and not to the video project. Unfortunately I’m not available for customization work at this moment, but you can check out e.g. Tweaky, they have fixed pricing and decent service.

Andrew / Satori StudioI’ve inserted the code into the parent theme’s header-functions.php instead of the child’s and it works now ;)
For the record, in total during the setup of the Infinite Scroll I’ve made changes to the following files:
– added folder /infinitescroll/ to the parent theme’s /scripts/ folder
– modified parent’s “functions.php”
– modified parent’s “header-functions.php”
– modified child’s “page_portfolio.php”Important notice: the plugin does not take into account sticky posts in its architecture, thus in case you have sticky posts, they will keep re-appearing at the very bottom of the page once you scroll all the way down; it is therefore advised not to have sticky portfolio projects while the plugin is active.
