KeymasterHey Paz,
it is quite difficult to tell something meaningful without looking at the admin back-end or at least at the website itself; what I can advise at this point is to check if the links in the “Link URL” fields are alive, i.e. lead to actual pages (in case you’ve changes the permalink structure, you would need to change these URLs as well to match the new permalinks). Also, please make sure that the “Filter” fields contain the slugs of the relevant portfolio tags, not their names.
Sincerely,

KeymasterThank you Alex :)

KeymasterHey Alex,
first of all, thank you for the purchase!
This is indeed a bug, my apologies; it only occurs when the “Promo test” has not been set in the Theme Options panel, thus the theme demo doesn’t have it. In order to eliminate the problem, please download this archive from my repository, unzip it, and upload the contained file into the theme folder (wp-content/themes/Origami/), replacing the existing file.
Please let me know if it works!
Sincerely,
Andrew / Satori Studiosatori
KeymasterHey Bao,
I’ve been troubleshooting the issue for some time now and still cannot determine the root of the problem; most probably it is a jQuery issue, or it may be connected more specifically with the way Firefox 24 handles the code of the Isotope plugin. In any case, I will keep looking into the problem, yet since the infinite scroll was already a customization to the theme which is not covered by the theme support guarantee, this bug will not be on top of my support priority list, so may take some time; in the meanwhile it could be worth turning to developers for additional man-hour assistance, e.g. on Fiverr or Tweaky.

KeymasterHey Paz,
when creating the icon menu, be sure to input the portfolio tag slugs into the „Filter (Optional)“ field of the corresponding icons in the „Icon Menu“ tab of the Theme Options panel (please see the theme manual page 4 for a screenshot). You can find portfolio tag slugs in the “Portfolio -> Tags” section of the admin menu.
Please let me know if the above informations helps!
Sincerely,
Andrew / Satori Studiosatori
KeymasterHey Chris,
I’ve implemented the changes discussed above on your website; please double-check just in case and let me know if everything is working as intended. Preparing the official theme update right now, thank you once more for the bug reports!

KeymasterDear Leslye,
I’ve been able to reproduce this bug both on your website and on the theme demo by using an IE9 emulator, but after numerous tests the only potential “suspect” that I have is the cache size of the IE9 (there are reports on a very similar issue e.g. here and here). Another fact that supports this conclusion is that the images load well once you are in a portfolio tag archive (by clicking on an icon menu item when outside of the portfolio page), despite the fact that they are built exactly like the portfolio page – see e.g. this page on your website.
One way out of this might be reducing the size and DPI (Dots per Inch, i.e. density) of the images from portfolio, paying special attention to the largest ones. Another (or complementary) solution would be to introduce paging (the “Portfolio items per page” option on the “Portfolio Page” tab of the Theme Options panel) to reduce the number of images displayed on a single page. Please let me know if it helps!

Andrew / Satori Studiosatori
KeymasterHey Bao,
Could you please tell me your screen width in pixels? I will test further.
Please note also that in case there are numerous larger boxes and not enough smaller boxes, the masonry layout may have empty spaces left in it since it is mathematically impossible to fit everything into a tight layout; are you sure the items in question are still on their place and simply do not show up? Can you get to the relevant project item page by clicking the empty space?
Sincerely,
Andrew / Satori Studiosatori
KeymasterHey Paz,
first of all, thank you for the purchase!
If your Ikebana version is 1.5, please see the Manual page 4 for information on displaying the icon menu; if your theme version is 1.4 or lower, please let me know and I will provide detailed guidance.
Sincerely,
