Radio Button/Checkbox Positioning

Hello Team,

In my one page design when I add a radio button or checkbox at the end of my form it appears weirdly positioned to the right with a huge gap to the text.

I need it aligned at the left under the rest of the form fields.
What do I need to do to change this?
