from the code I can see that a large part of the “responsive.css” file is missing from your install – could you please try unzipping this archive and uploading the contained file into the main theme folder (/wp-content/themes/Shogun/), rewriting the existing file, and let me know if the website’s behaviour changes after a refresh.
