pages exclude from one page

hey there!
we purchased kanso a couple of days ago and really love the design and the way you can easily adapt your ideas.
however we have a challenge with excluding two pages from the one page design.
we want our legal notice and terms of conditions in seperate pages. in our understanding if we don’t tick the associated boxes in “theme options” -> “pages to include into one-page website” they should not appear if you scroll down the site. but they do.

we must do something wrong at some point. can you help us out here?

first of all, thank you for the purchase!

I’ve prepared a file for you with a potential fix – please download this archive, unzip it, and upload the contained file into the theme folder (/wp-content/themes/Kanso), replacing the existing file. Please let me know if this fixes the situation!
