If you’re reading this, you’ve already heard of Blinkist – it’s a great way to get to know more books in less time, gaining valuable insights from the top thinkers and doers.

Here’s a 🍒 cherry on top: we’ve prepared an exclusive offer in partnership with Blinkist, which applies a 40% discount to the first year of a Blinkist Premium subscription.

It’s like a coupon code, but much easier to use – follow the steps below to get the promo price:

  1. Regardless of whether you already have a free account, click on the following button to visit the discount page:

    Get 40% Off Blinkist ›

  2. The prices will be automatically reduced to reflect the discount, so you can now complete your registration. Both the Premium and the Pro plan are available at the reduced price!

Boom, you now have access to the world’s most information-dense source of best non-fiction books, for less 🤑

P.S. if the above promo page doesn’t work for you (things happen!), try clicking this link – it will say that “the link has expired” but will give you a moderate discount as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

— Is the 40% Blinkist discount available to existing users?
Yes – as long as you haven’t yet subscribed to Premium, you can use the promo even if you already have a free Blinkist account. Just log in first and then use our link to apply the discount.
— How long is the Blinkist discount valid?
There’s currently no expiration date for our partner promo, but Blinkist can discontinue offers at any time. We’ll keep this page updated if anything changes.
— Do I need a coupon code?
Nope – our link automatically applies the discount during checkout. Much easier than messing with codes!
— Can I share my Blinkist account with someone?
Yes! Blinkist Premium includes a feature called Connect, which lets you invite one friend or family member to use your subscription – at no extra cost. Split the plan = half the price per person 💸
— Does this deal work for Blinkist Teams?
Unfortunately no – team plans have their own pricing tiers and don’t currently accept partner discounts. If you’re buying for 10+ people, contact Blinkist directly for a custom quote.
— Will I be charged automatically after a free trial?
Yes – Blinkist starts billing after the 7-day trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. They send a reminder email around day 5 just in case you want to opt out.
— Is it easy to cancel Blinkist Premium?
Yes, very. You can cancel through your account settings on the Blinkist website or, if you subscribed via app stores, through Google Play or iTunes. No hoops to jump through.

About Blinkist

Blinkist offers 15-minute summaries of some of the best non-fiction books in a variety of categories, from business, politics and leadership – to health, self-development, and psychology.

Every subscriber gets unlimited access to the entire 📚 Blinkist library, which currently counts over 7500 items and is constantly growing.

What is Blinkist?

We at Satori Webmaster Academy have been using Blinkist for 8+ years and still consider this one of the best services that positively affected our productivity and learning.

Is Blinkist a replacement for reading books?

Of course not;

but it does help supercharge your learning and help you pick the right books to read:

  • You can learn new concepts and ideas every day, giving you more mental resources to actually internalize and interconnect them.
  • You can choose to read of listen to the summaries, depending on the circumstances or your preferred way of absorbing new information.
  • Once you finish the summary, you can decide whether the full book is worth your time, and support the author by actually buying it.
  • You can use Blinkist as an additional way of recapping the books you’ve read in full – or for preparing to read new ones.

The summaries (or “blinks”) are available as text and audio, which is particularly convenient for those who prefer listening instead of reading – e.g. while exercising or commuting.

Since 2025 Blinkist also offers an AI summarization service that lets you create a blink from any piece of content, be it text (e.g. documents, articles, books), audio (e.g. a podcast) or video.

If you’d like to know more about Blinkist (e.g. is it actually worth your time and money?) – head over to our in-depth review of the service.

Affiliate disclosure: the links to Blinkist from this article are partner links, which we may get a small referral commission if you sign up, at no additional cost to you. This helps us run this Webmaster Academy. Thanks for your support and understanding!

Paulette Waqters

I need to know how to cancel my subscription.

Hello Paulette! Check out this section of our in-depth Blinkist review ;)

Yep works. Curious why Blinkist removed the Plus plan and stuck with the Premium as a sole paid option though

Hello! I don’t see trge green “apply coupon” button when on the checkout page, what might I be doing wrong?? Thanks!

Hello Cathy, please make sure you’re not trying to purchase the Blinkist for Team subscription. In case you’re on the correct checkout page and the promo link still doesn’t show, please send us a screenshot, we’ll investigate further!

Hello Urdu Guy, at the moment we don’t have a getAbstract promo code, but we’ll keep looking! :)

Still works

do you know when is next time they have extra big discount?? :)

To the best of our knowledge, there’s no specific schedule, yet historically Blinkist tends to come up with significant offers on Black Friday and around New Year / Christmas time.

you’ll have to wait a long time to read a 15-minute abstract ))

Could anyone tell me where to input the coupon code I’m a bit los here I suppose… thanks!

The green “Have a discount” text on the checkout page reveals a field on mouse click – you should input the coupon code there and click on “Apply” in order to make it work.

whats the point of a 30% discount if there’s a 42% available??

I’d be garteful if yo ucould share the 42 percent promo code if it is a valid one :) thanks!
