Website Loading, startup and crashing issues

Hi,

I am experiencing ongoing problems with our website. It is constantly crashing and is extremely slow when loading pages as well as starting up. We have had our hosting upgraded and the problem is not fixed and therefore not a hosting issue, we believe there is an problem with the theme purchased fro you being messy at the backend of the website.

What can you do about this problem?
