    Dear,

    I just was wondering to update Visual Composer, since I’ve got the same version from the last update of your theme, the day we purchased, around 2016. I would like to know, before purchasing the Visual Composer to have the last version, if this could affect on the functions and correct work of the theme, also If I would have any trouble in case I update to the last WordPress version.

    I wanted to ask, if there’s any chance of getting a new update from Shogun, or if it will not be any new release of it.

    thanks for choosing Shogun!

    We are currently not planning Visual Composer updates for Shogun, yet if you update the included VC to the latest version and face any issues, please let me know, I will be glad to help out.

    Regarding the WordPress version: running on 4.9.6 (the latest stable release of the WP core) should be fine on Shogun.
