    Values entered in this Theme Options field don’t seem to have any effect – 0, .5, 1 etc. Content transparency on the actual page remains at the default setting. Cache refresh has no effect.

    Hey Ian,
    please set the “Body background color” option above it as well, the opacity will be applied in that case.
