Hi there, first off I had no plans to redo my own website until I stumbled upon your theme. I love the masonry portfolio and not having a big honking slider on my home page. It’s beautiful.
I am still in development, but I can’t get the logo to show up in the header. I can tell from looking at Firebug that it’s there, but not visible. I went thru your documentation but could not find anything. My logo is 150×36.
Here is what Firebug shows:
#logo {
background-image: url(“http://www.kairosideas.dev/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/weblogo.png”);
}
#logo {
background-position: 50% 50%;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: cover;
height: 50px;
}Thanks for your help!

August 12, 2013 at 12:12 pm #1435satoriKeymasterHey Kairosdesign,
first of all, thank you for the purchase!
First off, please make sure that the “Hide logo on portfolio pages” option in the “Page Elements” tab of the Theme Options panel is not checked. If this does not correct the issue, we will continue troubleshooting.
Sincerely,
Andrew / Satori StudioAugust 12, 2013 at 12:30 pm #1438kairosdesignParticipantThanks for responding. No, it is not checked. I checked it to see what would happen, and the menu moved to the left. So the div is sitting there, and the image is too, but for some reason it is not visible.
August 12, 2013 at 12:43 pm #1439satoriKeymasterDear Kairodesign,
I think I might know what’s up. Notice the “”” sequence at the end of the URL in your logo’s “background-image” css property you posted earlier – this is an HTML entity code for double quotes. Please go to the “Page Elements” tab of the Theme Options panel, locate the “Logo” option which should have a URL filled in, and post here the exact content of that field. Also, please check via the Firebug if the “”” sequence is also there on the page itself, or is it just something that appeared when you were posting the code in this forum.
Sincerely,
Andrew / Satori StudioAugust 12, 2013 at 2:42 pm #1440kairosdesignParticipantThanks, but that HTML code only appeared after I posted.

Alright, then could you please provide access to your admin backend so that I could look at the exact setup – please send admin login and password, along with the website’s URL, to support@satoristudio.net (no disclosure guaranteed).
Sincerely,
Andrew / Satori StudioAugust 13, 2013 at 9:03 pm #1453kairosdesignParticipantIt is in development on my Mac. I will upload in a week or so and send you the info then. Thanks.
September 19, 2013 at 4:48 pm #1706kairosdesignParticipantThe site is up and I will send you my login info now.
Also, the social media icon does not show these items when I click on it. All the others work. Thanks!
September 19, 2013 at 9:06 pm #1710satoriKeymasterDear Lee Ann,
– Regarding the logo positioning: this is a known issue, this bug has been fixed in version 1.4 of the theme; I’ve updated your website’s files and now the logo displays correctly. Please accept my apologies for any inconveniences! Note that I’ve adjusted the “Logo width” and “Header section height” fields in the “Page Elements” tab of the Theme Options panel to accomodate the existing logo image most efficiently; you can change them back to “175” and “100” if you deem necessary. I would recommend uploading a new logo image with wider margins on all sides so that the header could be made thicker without losing in the quality of the logo.
– Concerning the “Social Media” tag filter: it seems that the filter only accepts single words, which is why changing the “Filter” field in the relevant icon menu item on the “Icon Menu” tab of the Theme Options panel did fix the issue. I will think of a way to eliminate this source of confusion in the next version update of Ikebana. Thanks!
Sincerely,
Andrew / Satori StudioSeptember 19, 2013 at 10:33 pm #1711kairosdesignParticipantThanks so much! I notice that the header is the width of the screen (I have a 27-inch screen), but the footer only runs the width of the boxes. Is that what you intended?
