    The gravity shortcode is not working in the pages function of the Kanso theme. What could be the problem?

    Hey Mtaylor,

    could you please clarify:
    – which shortcode is that (is it connected to a third-party plugin?)
    – could you please provide the URL of the page in question?
    – could you please give me the exact string of the shortcode you are using?

    Gravity shortcode might be a third party plugin. I see the separate short code tool on your template but am unable to get it to work either.

    Hey Mtaylor,

    could you please give more details as to the issue you’ve mentioned the last – the fact that you cannot get the theme’s shortcodes plugin to work? Does it return an error when you try to use the shortcode generator, or do the inserted shortcodes fail to work properly?

    On the page you’ve provided, I can see via the code that the pullquote shortcode has been used, yet no text has been given, which is why it does not display anything yet.
