Blank white spaces between each element

Is there anyway to eliminate the blank white space between each element I add?

I have created a “black” section with a newsletter section

Then a “blue” section with contact info.

There is a white space between the two of them I want to go away – suggestions?

Hey Christy,

in order to control the margins for a particular row, please open the settings dialog for that row (a small pencil tab in the top right corner of the row, while in the editor mode) and set the top margin to zero for the blue row.
