Hey Reiner,
in the “quote” format projects, the title of the project is used for the author of the quote and displays automatically under the quote text. In case you want to hide this on the portfolio page, you can use a line of custom CSS:
.page-portfolio .post-quote-author { display: none; }
Insert this CSS into the “Style: Add Custom CSS” tab of the Theme Options panel and save the changes.
