glad to hear you’ve resolved the one-page issue – in Kanso if you activate the one-page mode (on the “One-Page Website” tab of the Theme Options panel) all pages that are created will automatically be included into the one-page layout, unless you specifically tell the system not to include them – this can be done in the same tab of the Theme Options panel, the very first option there.
Regarding the styling of the headings: please use this CSS to remove underline from all instances:
.page-title h2 a, .page-heading h1 a, .single .post-header h1 a, #blog-header h1 a, .post-header h1 a { border-bottom: none !important; }
